In this pivotal role, you will act as the central hub between customers, field service teams, and internal stakeholders-ensuring seamless coordination of technical support activities and delivering an exceptional service experience.

salary: $24.99 - $25 per hour shift: First work hours: 5:30 AM - 11:30 AM education: Associate

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for answering incoming service calls from Customers
  • Engage with the customer to answer and ask technical questions that will allow the Technical Support Coordinator to decide as to whether the customer would be best served remotely or dispatched by a Field Support Engineer
  • Processing tickets
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Ensure that all information in call is accurate and update master data following established process if necessary.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain high levels of efficiency and accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize workload with multiple and conflicting timelines.
  • Maintain currency of, and adherence to applicable GMP and ISO 9001 processes and procedures. Abide by state and federal employment laws.
  • Maintain attendance in line with Company standards.

Working Hours: 6 hours a day/30 hours a week, Monday through Friday

Staggered working hours.

5:30am - 11:30am

7:30am - 1:30pm

9:30am - 3:30pm
