Data Analyst- is responsible for interpreting complex datasets, developing analytical processes, and maintaining data systems to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role partners closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and availability while delivering actionable insights through reports, dashboards, and advanced analytics. The Data Analyst ensures compliance with data governance standards and supports enterprise initiatives related to reporting, analytics, and system enhancements.
Your Role
- Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques, programming, and analytical tools.
- Design, develop, and implement data analyses, data collection systems, and methodologies that improve efficiency and data quality.
- Analyze data from primary and secondary sources; maintain and enhance databases and reporting environments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to review, investigate, and resolve data inconsistencies and discrepancies.
- Perform quality assurance and validation of imported, transformed, and reported data.
- Commission, manage, and decommission datasets in alignment with business and governance requirements.
- Process confidential and sensitive data in accordance with organizational policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Develop, maintain, and present reports, dashboards, and analytical summaries for operational and executive audiences.
- Design and manage the reporting environment, including data sources, metadata, security controls, and access permissions.
- Support data warehouse initiatives by identifying, documenting, and revising reporting and data requirements.
- Support data integrity, normalization, and standardization initiatives across systems.
- Assist in testing, evaluating, and implementing new or upgraded applications, tools, and reporting solutions.
- Generate and automate reports from single and multiple source systems.
- Troubleshoot reporting databases, queries, dashboards, and data pipelines.
- Assess and validate the impact of changes to source production systems on downstream reporting and analytics.
- Train and support end users on new reports, dashboards, and analytics capabilities.
- Provide technical expertise in data storage, data mining, data cleansing, and data preparation techniques.
Requirements
Minimum requirement: A bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Healthcare, Health Informatics, or a related field., The role combines leadership, technical expertise, and project management skills to ensure the successful delivery of data analysis projects and the development of a high performing data analyst team. They play a critical role in leveraging data to drive business growth, optimize processes, and enable informed decision making across the organization.
Benefits & conditions
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $76,000 to $187,000.
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
