Full Stack Engineer

As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you will be at the heart of this product engine. You will work across the stack to design, implement, and ship the high-quality workflows, reusable components, and internal tools that allow the platform to scale.

This is a high-ownership role where you will take features from idea to production. You will collaborate directly with product teams and enterprise customers to tailor specific solutions, extending the platform and UI/UX layer as needed. ???? Responsibilities

• End-to-End Delivery: Develop and deliver full-stack AI-powered applications on top of the core platform.
• Customer Collaboration: Work closely with enterprise customers and internal teams to tailor solutions and solve complex workflow challenges.
• Platform Extension: Build out and extend the platform and UI/UX layer.
• AI Integration: Collaborate with core platform and research teams to integrate new AI capabilities into production use.
• Code Quality: Write clean, tested, and maintainable code in a fast-paced environment.

• Backend: Node.js or React
• Frontend: React
• Languages: JavaScript and TypeScript
• Database: PostgreSQL (SQL databases)

• 5+ Years Experience: Proven hands-on software engineering experience.
• Startup DNA: You must have experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Product Mindset: A proven track record of shipping real, user-facing products end-to-end.
• Core Stack: Deep proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and either Vue or React.
• Global Communication: Exceptional English communication skills. You will be collaborating daily with a global team across different time zones (US, EU, IL).

• Experience building software for B2B or complex enterprise customers.

These blocks are dynamically orchestrated by a "Blueprint" (a spec file) customized for each specific enterprise use case. The product connects securely to any data source (SaaS, APIs, databases, files) and is entirely LLM-agnostic. It enables enterprises to deploy complex AI features like automated workflow triggers, deep data extraction from unstructured files, and AI-native observability dashboards. Crucially, it does all this without requiring model fine-tuning and without sharing data outside the customer's secure perimeter.
