  • Develop and deliver client deliverables including slide decks and briefing materials

  • Lead and support day-to-day operational meetings with client sponsors and consulting leaders

  • Review and refine draft materials to ensure clarity, accuracy, and readiness for Guidehouse leadership and client delivery

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by developing or improving templates, review processes, analytical tools, project communication, and knowledge repositories

Additional responsibilities may include:

  • Lead the execution of task or project workstreams, adhering to established schedules and quality standards, overseeing individual contributions as well as the work product of other contributors

  • Support proposal development or internal growth initiatives as applicable

  • Contribute to a positive, inclusive culture and collaborative work environment, and serve as an informal mentor to junior staff as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree; degree in Public Health, Health Administration, or a related field preferred

  • 3+ years of relevant professional experience in management consulting, health administration, or healthcare strategy; management consulting experience within the health sector strongly preferred

  • Experience conducting structured research, synthesizing findings, and translating information into clear insights and recommendations

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and the ability to translate findings into actionable recommendations

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to structure data and synthesize insights clearly

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present information clearly to diverse audiences and client stakeholders

  • Proactive, self-motivated approach to work with the ability to operate independently and collaborate effectively in both structured and ambiguous team environments

  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance (i.e., US citizenship required)

What Would Be Nice To Have** **:
