Job description
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Java Full Stack Developer to lead our development team in designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge applications. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Java backend development and modern frontend frameworks, with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-level software solutions in a cloud-native environment. Candidate will play a critical role in shaping our architecture, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring quality standards., * Design, develop, and maintain Java applications

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define integration requirements
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Perform unit testing and debugging of applications

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Hands-on experience in Java full-stack development.
- Extensive experience with Java 21 and core Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Webflux, Security, Batch, Cloud).
- Strong front-end skills with Angular 19, RxJS, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Proven expertise in designing and developing RESTful services and integrating with various databases: Oracle, MongoDB, Elasticsearch.
- Experience working with messaging platforms like Apache Kafka and service communication protocols such as REST and gRPC.
- Solid understanding of DevOps tools: Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm.
- Hands-on experience with cloud and infrastructure platforms, particularly Red Hat OpenShift.
- Strong knowledge of automated testing frameworks and methodologies.
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Dynatrace and Log Scale.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Benefits & conditions
The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Chandler, AZ is $90k - $100k/year & benefits (see below)., * A highly competitive compensation and benefits package.
