Job description
The UX Designer will play a hands-on role in designing customer-facing digital products and services focused on delivering seamless, engaging user experiences and visually elevated interfaces. This individual will collaborate closely with creative leadership, product, marketing, sales, brand, and engineering teams to help shape digital experiences that align user needs with business goals. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced Agile environment, is highly detail-oriented, and has experience balancing multiple design initiatives simultaneously. A strong portfolio featuring recent web and mobile product work is required for consideration., * Lead the design and execution of user interface solutions across customer-facing digital products and experiences
- Create visually compelling, pixel-perfect UI designs that align with brand standards and enhance usability
- Identify user experience challenges, propose creative solutions, and contribute strategic recommendations to improve digital interactions
- Develop interactive prototypes for experimentation, stakeholder presentations, and usability testing
- Partner cross-functionally with creative, product, marketing, sales, and engineering teams throughout the full design lifecycle
- Apply usability, accessibility, and responsive design best practices across web and mobile platforms
- Produce wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, visual assets, and detailed design specifications for development teams
- Contribute to and help evolve scalable design systems, style guides, and UI standards
- Support iterative design improvements based on user feedback, analytics, and testing insights
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and quality
Requirements
- 7+ years of UX and visual design experience within a digital product organization, agency, or enterprise environment
- Expertise in designing intuitive, visually polished user interfaces across responsive web and mobile experiences
- Experience building or contributing to scalable design systems and component libraries
- Strong understanding of usability principles, accessibility standards, and cross-platform UI best practices
- Experience creating interactive prototypes and collaborating within Agile product development environments
- Advanced visual design skills including typography, layout, iconography, and data visualization
- Ability to translate conceptual ideas into production-ready assets and developer-friendly specifications
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and meet tight deadlines in fast-paced environments
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with experience partnering across business, creative, and technical teams
- Proficiency with industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms
Benefits & conditions
The salary range for this position is $55-60/hour. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
