Year-round Stability: Enjoy the security of a full-time, on-site position with competitive pay and benefits., We are seeking an IT Coordinator to manage and maintain the on-site technology infrastructure at our award-winning charter schools. This role requires expertise in systems administration, network management, inventory control, and user support, with additional responsibilities for the 1:1 Microsoft Surface Pro and Go device program in our high school. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with device maintenance, troubleshooting, and software updates. This non-remote position ensures seamless support across two campuses.

Manage and upgrade LAN, servers, cloud infrastructure, and virtual environments.

Maintain Microsoft SharePoint, Active Directory, VOIP, DNS, and user account systems.

Monitor firewalls, wireless access points, and network performance.
1:1 Device Program Support:
- Provide technical support for Microsoft Surface Pro and Go devices used by high school students.
- Perform light maintenance, troubleshooting, and software updates on student devices.
- Coordinate device distribution, tracking, and returns to ensure operational readiness.
Inventory Management:
- Oversee the inventory of all IT equipment, including devices, software, and network components.
- Manage asset tracking, storage, procurement, and inventory audits.
- Ensure accurate documentation of technology assets and lifecycle management.
User Support & Cybersecurity:
- Provide on-site technical support and training to staff and students.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain hardware, software, and networking systems.
- Implement cybersecurity best practices to protect data and maintain system integrity.
Project Management & Vendor Coordination:
- Lead technology projects, including system upgrades and new software implementations.
- Coordinate with vendors for equipment procurement, software licensing, and service contracts.
Documentation & Compliance:
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of all systems, processes, and procedures.
- Ensure technology systems comply with school policies and state education standards.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).
- Technology certifications and/or relevant coursework (preferred).
Minimum two years of experience in IT support, network administration, or project management.
- Experience with 1:1 device programs and Microsoft tools such as SharePoint and Active Directory.
Experience managing IT inventory systems and asset tracking.
Skills & Abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft tools (SharePoint, Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Expertise in network protocols, cybersecurity standards, and troubleshooting.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Clear and effective communication skills-both verbal and written.
- Physical ability to lift and move equipment (up to 40 lbs.) and travel between campuses (approximately 10 minutes apart).
Additional Requirements
Valid Colorado driver's license, access to a vehicle, and insurance coverage. * Fingerprint background check required.

- Competitive Compensation: Competitive salary between $57,000 to $81,000 based on experience and qualifications
