Job description

  • Lead the design and architecture of Pega-based solutions
  • Translate business requirements into technical designs and workflows
  • Provide technical leadership to development teams and conduct code/design reviews
  • Ensure adherence to Pega best practices, standards, and guardrails
  • Design and implement integrations with external systems (APIs, services, databases)
  • Drive performance tuning, scalability, and security of applications
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across business, product, and engineering teams
  • Support deployment, troubleshooting, and production issue resolution
  • Mentor and guide junior developers and architects

Requirements

  • 12 or more years of strong Pega experience.
  • Minimum 8 yrs as Pega SSA experience with Pega SCE experience is highly preferred
  • Develop UI, service, security, data layer components in Pega.
  • Pega LSA Certification is required
  • Strong experience in - Rest, soap, kafka, Bix, reporting, background processing, flows, case types, Orchestrations, sequences, modules.
  • Hands on knowledge on Java, SQL, Pega guardrails
  • Should have worked in Pega 8.x is required
  • Experience in working with Agile projects.
  • Collaborate with developers, BA, QA and all other stakeholders.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $ 112,000 - 131,500 $ Per Year *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
