Job description

The Community Technical Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the quality, consistency, and scalability of Community programs by owning live operations, attendance systems, and performance insights.

This role is responsible for everything that happens during and after sessions-ensuring events run smoothly in real time while capturing accurate data and turning it into actionable insights for the team.

This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented role that blends real-time execution with analytical thinking. You will serve as both the operational backbone of live sessions and the source of truth for program performance.

Your Immediate Impact: Live Event Operations

  • Provide real-time support for live sessions (clubs, events, Morning Meetings, Flex Fridays)
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure sessions run smoothly
  • Support facilitators and teachers during live programming
  • Ensure sessions start on time and meet quality standards

Attendance & Data Management

  • Own attendance tracking systems across all Community programs
  • Ensure accurate and complete attendance records
  • Maintain and validate data across platforms and systems
  • Identify discrepancies and resolve data issues quickly

Recordings & Fulfillment

  • Manage session recordings and ensure timely uploads
  • Ensure all post-session deliverables are completed accurately and on time

Quality Assurance

  • Monitor session quality and consistency across programs
  • Identify issues in execution and flag them to leadership
  • Help standardize expectations for live session delivery

Reporting & Insights

  • Create and maintain weekly reports on attendance, engagement, and trends
  • Analyze participation patterns and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Surface insights that inform program planning and operational decisions

Operational Improvement

  • Identify inefficiencies in live operations and data workflows
  • Recommend and support process improvements or automation opportunities
  • Partner with leadership to improve systems and scalability

Success Metrics:

  • Data Accuracy: Near 100% accuracy in attendance and reporting
  • Session Quality: Minimal disruptions during live sessions
  • Timeliness: Recordings and fulfillment completed within required timelines
  • Insight Delivery: Consistent, actionable weekly reporting
  • Operational Reliability: Live sessions run smoothly and consistently

Requirements

Do you have experience in Writing skills?, * Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

  • Proactive problem-solving while anticipating issues before they escalate

  • Comfort with virtual meeting platforms (Zoom or similar tools)
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Basic video editing and graphic design skill

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with data tracking, reporting, or analytics
  • Experience supporting live virtual events or programs
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or operational tools
  • Experience in education or online learning environments

Team & Autonomy:

  • Reports directly to the Community Events Lead
  • Works closely with other Community Team Leads and Specialists
  • Owns live operations and data systems with a high degree of autonomy
  • Plays a key role in cross-functional coordination and program success
