Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Collaborate with the Business Product Owner(s) to define and maintain the Salesforce product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap aligned with organizational goals.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clarity on goals, priorities, and impacts.
- Serve as one of the Salesforce subject matter experts and partner with other subject matter experts, with emphasis on user centric design, and knowledge of:
- Households and Account/Contact Relationships
- Campaigns and Events
- Prospecting
- Reports and Dashboards
- Personalization
- Privacy Center with Preference Manager
- Platform and Technical Limitations
- Non-profit Success Pack (preferred)
- AgentForce (preferred)
- Data360 (preferred)
- Marketing Cloud (preferred)
Product Requirements
- Lead product requirements workshops to ensure clarity on features and capabilities to business needs and business objectives.
- Collaborate with Salesforce Delivery Teams and Platform Architect to ensure solutions support system scalability, efficiency, and compliance.
Change & Stakeholder Management
- Contribute to the preparation and communication of regular feature updates and user adoption metrics.
- Partner closely with the Business Product Owner(s) and training teams to develop and maintain a practical plan that supports user adoption.
- Monitor adoption, satisfaction and the effectiveness of implemented solutions; continuously iterating to optimize the end user experience in Salesforce.
Metrics & Continuous Improvement
- Define and track KPIs to measure platform adoption, business value, and user satisfaction.

Requirements
Do you have experience in Stakeholder management?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, or related field (MBA or PMP/CSPO preferred).
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role focused on Salesforce (Sales, Service, Marketing, or Experience Clouds).
- 3-5 years of direct experience working with the Salesforce platform.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience working in cross-functional enterprise environments., * Strong understanding of change management principles and organizational readiness planning (e.g., Prosci ADKAR).
- Non-profit experience
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce …..)
- Experience with Azure Dev Ops, or other Agile project management tools
