• Strong Windows environment management experience
• macOS management expertise
• Google Workspace administration
• Microsoft 365 / O365 administration
• Experience managing tickets and workflows within a PSA platform
• Excellent communication and white-glove client service skills
• Proven ability to work directly with end users and deliver client-first support
