Job description

Savage Innovations is looking for a talented mid-level Full-Stack Developer who is ready to take on more.

Led by a team of top-tier product leaders and engineers, we are looking for someone who wants to solve complex challenges, ship meaningful software, and grow into a technical leader.

This role is for someone who thrives under tight deadlines, can operate across multiple workstreams at once, and embraces a true "get it done" mentality. You will be responsible for building full features from product requirements to production - leveraging AI tooling to operate as an elite developer.

  • Build responsive front-end applications using React (TypeScript)
  • Design and optimize SQL Server schemas and queries
  • Deploy and maintain cloud infrastructure in Azure or AWS
  • Contribute to CI/CD workflows using GitHub and modern DevOps practices
  • Take full ownership of features from requirement to release
  • Work across multiple client projects simultaneously
  • Communicate effectively with senior executives, CIOs, and operational end-users
  • Travel as required for client meetings, workshops, or onsite collaboration
  • Leverage AI development tools (e.g., Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code) to accelerate delivery and improve code quality
  • Contribute to architecture and feature development for our AI product

Requirements

  • Prior experience working in an agency or fast-paced client services environment
  • 3-6+ years of full-stack development experience

Strong proficiency in:

  • .NET Core / C# APIs
  • React JS (TypeScript preferred)
  • SQL Server
  • Experience deploying to Azure or AWS
  • Experience with GitHub and CI/CD workflows
  • Demonstrated ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience using AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Copilot, or similar)
