A law firm seeks a mid-level patent agent to join their Electrical Engineering and Computer Science Patent Prosecution Practice Group in Wilmington. The candidate should demonstrate high academic achievement, relevant industry experience, and excellent writing and communication skills., * Minimum of 3 years of experience in patent preparation and prosecution.
- Admission to the USPTO is required.

- Degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, software engineering, computer science, or physics.
