Job description
Kforce has a client in Deerfield Beach, FL that is seeking a Power BI Report Developer. Responsibilities:
- Operate autonomously, making informed decisions with limited oversight
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and assess requirements, then design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain sustainable reporting solutions
- Create engaging and informative dashboards and reports using Power BI, applying appropriate chart types and visualizations to clearly convey insights
- Identify and resolve performance issues in reports and dashboards by optimizing data queries, models, and refresh rates
- Adhere to team methodologies, processes, standards, and documentation requirements
- Contribute to SETF's Spark initiative by delivering innovative solutions across various technologies, recommending the best-fit tools for each project
Requirements
- Demonstrate expertise in data, data models, database structures, and data behavior to design impactful reporting solutions
- To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
- Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
