Job description
This position will be a member of a highly engaged team that supports technologies within the enterprise specifically related to Commerce Connections, Integrated Receivables, Collect Pay and Account Reconciliation Process. This position is responsible for providing high touch BU technical support level 2 to commercial, small business and internal customers of the bank. Additionally, this position requires the analyst to monitor and resolve customer service file issues, document and develop technical processes, self-manage projects, create useful reporting, and respond to system issues within service level agreement timeframes. The analyst is responsible for updating our internal partners, being the liaison between several lines of business and ensuring that all departmental controls are followed.

Essential Functions
- Support technologies within the enterprise specifically related to Commerce Connections, Integrated Receivables, Collect Pay, and Account Reconciliation Process
- Provide high touch basic to intermediate BU technical support level 2 to commercial, small business and internal customers of the bank
- Monitor and resolve basic to intermediate customer service file issues, document and develop technical processes, self-manage projects, create useful reporting
- Respond to basic to intermediate system issues within service level agreement timeframes and serve as the liaison between several lines of business and ensure that all departmental controls are followed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Work Schedule (1st Shift):
- Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of the Agile project methodology
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Visio or other equivalent process flow-charting tool
- Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues and provide timely resolution
- Strong problem-solving and logic-based reasoning skills
- Ability to produce clear and concise documentation
- Intermediate presentation skills to present to multiple levels while being proficient in PowerPoint
- Ability to analyze details and translate technical/non-technical terminology
- Ability to relationship build across business, functions, and IT stakeholders
- Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Inquisitive, agile, and strong team player with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

- Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Math, Engineering, Marketing, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- 3+ years IT solutioning, test planning, test execution, and remediation experience required
*Hybrid Schedule: In office 2 days per week

This compensation range is for the Payments Systems Analyst - Bank Operations or Senior Payments Systems Analyst - Bank Operations level job and contemplates a wide range of factors that are considered in determining most appropriate job level and making compensation decisions, including but not limited to location, skill sets, education, relevant experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for any applicable differentials (geographic, bilingual, or shift) that could be associated with the position or where it is filled. At Commerce, compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each situation. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay is $72,500 to $96,500 annually.
