Job description
- Design and develop data models, dashboards, and reporting solutions
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends and actionable insights
- Build and integrate AI/ML models where applicable
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define reporting needs
- Develop and maintain data pipelines and workflows
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in data analytics or development
- Strong SQL and data modeling experience
- Experience with data visualization tools (DevExpress, Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Understanding of AI for accelerating report and analytics development
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with DevExpress reporting and analytics strongly preferred
- Experience with PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and Oracle
- Familiarity with government or healthcare datasets
- Experience with the development of single page data sets and star schema data models
- Experience building predictive models
- Knowledge of ETL processes and tools
Benefits & conditions
The wage range for this role reflects the wide array of factors considered in compensation decisions. These factors include, but are not limited to, skill sets, experience, training, licensure and certifications, and geographic location. Compensation decisions are based on the unique facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the annual range is $80,000-$110,000.
This position may be eligible for a discretionary bonus. It is classified as exempt under applicable law. Additionally, this position aligns with the Voyatek Career Framework as a level 02 individual contributorin a Data Analytics position.
