Job description
As a Service Dispatcher, you will play a critical role in our IT service operations, acting as the first point of contact for clients and ensuring service requests are handled efficiently. You'll coordinate our technical team, assign service tickets, and keep everything on track-helping businesses stay up and running with seamless IT support., * Be the first point of contact - Answer service calls and emails, providing a professional and friendly experience for clients.
- Manage service tickets - Create, track, and update tickets in our PSA (Professional Services Automation) system.
- Coordinate the technical team - Assign service requests based on priority, technician skillset, and workload.
- Keep everything on schedule - Ensure technicians stay on track with time logging and documentation.
- Communicate with clients - Provide updates on service requests and ensure excellent customer service.
- Escalate issues when necessary - Identify critical IT problems and route them to the right resources.
- Optimize workflows - Maintain an organized scheduling system for service calls to improve efficiency.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Customer communication?, Are you a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you enjoy being the central hub of a team, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently? If so, Infradapt is looking for you!, * Experience in a Service Dispatcher, IT Help Desk, or MSP role (preferred but not required).
- Excellent communication skills - You'll be the voice of our IT team!
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Familiarity with ITSM tools, ticketing systems, or PSA platforms (a plus, but we'll train the right candidate).
- Strong attention to detail - Ensuring tickets and schedules are handled accurately.
- Basic IT knowledge (helpful but not required-we'll provide training).
