Job description

We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to join a private family office supporting a diverse portfolio of businesses and initiatives. This is a high?trust, people?facing role within a small IT Operations team, ideal for someone who enjoys hands?on support, takes pride in customer service, and understands the importance of discretion and professionalism.

The environment is modern and Mac?heavy, and the role plays a key part in keeping day?to?day operations running smoothly for a high?expectation user base.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Provide Tier I / Tier II end?user support for in?office and remote employees
  • Troubleshoot macOS and Windows issues (Mac focused)
  • Image, wipe, and re?provision laptops using MDM tools (JAMF preferred)
  • Support Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, Microsoft Office, and related tools
  • Handle onboarding and offboarding (accounts, hardware, access)
  • Document issues clearly and help improve IT support processes
  • Deliver polished, white?glove IT support in a professional office setting

Requirements

  • 3+ years of IT support experience in a professional environment
  • Strong hands?on Mac support experience
  • Comfortable with laptop imaging and user lifecycle support
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Professional, dependable, and highly discreet
  • Able to work calmly under pressure and support demanding users

Nice to Have:

JAMF, Okta, Jira, Slack, MDM tools, basic networking knowledge, CompTIA A+ or Google certifications
