Job description

  • Maintain and support servers, workstations, storage devices, and applications such as CAVOK, Clear-Com, Minotaur, VMWare, ChatSurfer, and more.
  • Troubleshoot application performance issues and manage end-user devices, servers, and databases.
  • Work with cutting-edge technology, including Microsoft and RHEL servers, VMware, SIPRNet, and other classified networks.
  • Solve connectivity and outage issues under time constraints while installing and configuring new capabilities to operational environments.
  • Apply logistics processes to ensure accountability for all IT equipment.

This fast-paced role requires a self-starter who can work independently or as part of a team, with opportunities to enhance systems in a 24/7 operation that includes shift work and travel.

Requirements

  • Current CompTIA Security+ certification (DoD 8570.01)
  • Active TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2-4 years of experience (or equivalent experience and certifications in lieu of a degree)
  • Hands-on expertise in Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2019/2022, RHEL 8.0/9.0, and Microsoft products like Active Directory Suite
  • Physical ability to lift 60 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Military C5ISR experience or operational environment expertise
  • Certifications like RHCSA, VCP-DCV, ITIL v4, or Windows Server Hybrid Administrator
  • Experience with storage solutions, audio intercom systems, and production virtual environments
