Software Engineer

• 45% Frontend development (React, TypeScript)

Daily Responsibilities

• 75% Hands-on development and technical design
• 10% Architecture and technical decision-making
• 15% Cross-team collaboration (product, design, mobile, platform)

You'll design and build a new web interface optimized for operators who depend on fast, reliable workflows at all hours. You'll create and extend shared backend services used across both web and mobile surfaces, integrate adjacent products such as payments and compliance tooling directly into the core experience, and design onboarding flows that get new customers live quickly. All work is delivered iteratively, with a strong emphasis on uptime, performance, and real-world usability. The Offer

• 5+ years of experience building and shipping production-grade web applications
• Strong expertise in React and TypeScript, with the ability to define frontend architecture and patterns
• Backend development experience using Go and/or Node.js
• Proven ability to work within and around legacy systems, understanding existing business logic and data models
• Experience delivering software in complex, multi-system environments
• Comfort using AI-assisted development workflows as a core part of daily engineering work
• Strong product mindset with the ability to make thoughtful UX decisions independently

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
• Exposure to mobile development, especially React Native
• Background in payments, fintech, or regulated workflows
• Experience building or supporting vertical SaaS or field service software
• Familiarity with incremental modernization / strangler-pattern approaches

This is a full-time, U.S.-based software engineering role focused on building the next generation of a mission-critical SaaS platform used by field service operators nationwide. The product suite supports dispatching, mobile workflows, payments, compliance, and marketplace integrations, with technology spanning modern web frameworks, mobile applications, and backend services running in production at scale.
