Core Responsibilities

• Analytical Modeling: Build descriptive, correlational, and predictive statistical models to support business decisions.
• Visualization & Reporting: Translate complex data into compelling, easy-to-understand reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with clinical professionals and business leaders to identify metrics, translate requirements, and assess the impact of business solutions.

• Experience: 1-5+ years in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence, often with exposure to the healthcare or insurance industry.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and data visualization platforms (Tableau or Power BI). Advanced roles may require Python, R, or SAS.
