Job description
CSCI is seeking a Special Access Programs (SAP) Lifecycle & Oversight SME to support the U.S. Navy's Special Access Programs Central Office (DoN SAPCO). This on-site role (Springfield, VA; alternate: Pentagon) provides technical expertise for SAP lifecycle documentation, policy development, program oversight, and security compliance., * Develop and manage SAP lifecycle documentation and related policy materials.
- Prepare and staff memorandums, briefs, and correspondence for leadership.
- Review and analyze SAP policy and program documentation; provide recommendations.
- Assist Navy Program Offices in protecting SAP information and ensuring compliance.
- Support DoN and DoD SAP oversight reviews.
- Advise on updates to Security Classification Guides and SAP policy documents.
- Initiate and coordinate MOAs/MOUs as required.
- Maintain awareness of SAP security requirements and guidance across DoN/DoD.
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship and current TS/SCI eligibility (SSBI within last 5 years).
- BA/BS or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- 8+ years of DoD-related experience.
- Expertise in NISPOM, DoDM 5205.07 Vol. 4, DoD 5105.21, and SAP security policy.
- Experience with DoN/DoD SAP or classified programs.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of direct SAP experience within DoN/DoD.

The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of CSCI's total compensation package.
Salary Range
$120,000 - $145,000 /Yr.
