Job description
Daily support and development of all activities in Zoho One (i.e. Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, Zoho Sales IQ, etc.). Work with all departments within Operations, Business Services and Marketing to provide coordination of all ongoing projects., * Support Marketing, Sales, and Operations objectives across all Engine Division regions.
- Manage user accounts, security roles, field-level permissions, and core configurations.
- Develop training materials and lead onboarding for CRM and Suite applications.
- Design and maintain reports and dashboards to provide visibility into key business metrics.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide direct, high-level assistance to Zoho users.
- Recommend and implement CRM enhancements to bridge the gap between technology and end-user needs.
- Effectively communicate system updates and requirements across all integrated technology platforms.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficient in Window's based environment (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, etc.)
- 2+ years of experience CRM Experience (Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Zoho One)
- Demonstrated working and understanding of CRM software with the ability to administer the following:
- High degree of detail orientation to identify and troubleshoot system issues
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to execute on multiple tasks
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Must have ability to build and maintain good client relationships
- Must have excellent speaking, writing, and editing skills
- Must have strong organizational skills
- Must display good collaborating and interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented, good problem-solving skills, strong organizational skills.
- Highly motivated self-starter with ability to multitask and complete assignments within time constraints and deadlines.
