Job description
Mercury Systems is seeking a Systems Engineer to assist in the development of the next-generation of Mercury's industry-leading edge processing solutions. In this role, you will be supporting Mixed Signal and Electronic Warfare product lines, RF Systems, embedded systems, and Space programs. You'll be working in a matrix organization on multi-disciplined engineering teams while collaborating with program management, operations, and our leadership to meet customer needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Science degree or higher in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) discipline.
- Typically requires 4 + years of Systems Engineering experience with requirements, integration, verification and validation.
- Experience with RF and Mixed Signal, ADC and DAC, heterogenous (FPGA and SoC) processing applications.
- Experience executing System Engineering activities such as translating stakeholder needs in the form of operational concept development, functional/physical architecture definition, requirements development, interface definition, verification and validation, technical baseline management, and transition to production.
- Experience in Systems Engineering execution as part of an IPT throughout the complete program lifecycle.
- Ability to travel, up to 20% of the time.
- This position requires you to have or be able to obtain a government security clearance. Security clearances may only be granted to U.S. citizens., * Master's degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) discipline.
- Active DoD Secret clearance (or higher) at time of application.
- Design experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with high-performance RF and digital processing solutions as applied to radar and Electronic Warfare systems.
- Applied experience with Model Based Systems Engineering, with Cameo Enterprise Architect and SysML modeling.
- Experience with Jama, Confluence, Jira, Bitbucket.

Pay Grade Range Fulltime Equivalent Job Grade Salary Range for this position

$75,000.00 - $150,000.00 annual salary for in-office or hybrid employees in FL, GA, IN, AZ, AL, MD or TX, and all remote employees

$84,000.00 - $168,000.00 annual salary for in-office or hybrid employees in VA, CA, NH or MA

$88,500.00 - $177,000.00 annual salary for in-office or hybrid employees in NJ, Mercury considers a variety of factors to determine individual base salary offers to candidates, including:
