Job description
BEPC is seeking a highly motivated SAP Inventory Support Specialist to join our client's site in San Angelo, TX. This role will support inventory operations by creating and managing work orders, monitoring inventory accuracy, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures and regulatory standards. This role plays a key part in maintaining material flow, resolving discrepancies, and supporting cross-functional teams to meet operational and production goals., * Create and manage Work Orders (WO) for manufacturing, validations, testing, salvage processes, and other operational activities.
- Monitor Work Orders and Purchase Orders (PO) for aging and delays.
- Notify Capacity Planner of material shortages and communicate critical issues to incoming Inventory Specialists.
- Perform regular cycle counts in coordination with Warehouse/Vault Associates and investigate inventory discrepancies.
- Process SAP Purchase Order receipts and resolve discrepancies with Purchasing and Raw Material Supply Planners (e.g., missing documentation such as COC, packing lists, etc.).
- Review and complete NCR and salvage process tasks daily.
- Monitor and resolve discrepancies in Hold Cages.
- Create daily SAP orders for shipments to affiliates and North America sites.
- Provide support to internal departments to resolve work order issues.
- Communicate daily priorities, including batching, receiving, and outbound shipments, to Warehouse/Vault teams.
- Assist with production meetings and provide backup support to Warehouse/Vault Associate Facilitator as needed.
SAP-Related Activities
- Material master data maintenance
- Swift proposal creation and management
- BOM updates in Adaptiv system
- MDPI process support (code creation and updates)
- Maintain accurate system data to ensure compliance with manufacturing and regulatory requirements.
- Follow all compliance regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
- Complete required training and perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Teamwork?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, * Education: Associate degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience required. Preferred Bachelor's degree.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with software applications
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Working knowledge of Adaptiv system
- Understanding of EPS principles and operational standards
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- APICS certification preferred
- Bilingual - English (required) / Spanish preferred.
