IT Support Specialist

• Maintain and update computer inventory records
• Receive, organize, and track IT equipment and assets
• Set up and configure new desktop and laptop computers
• Install and update basic software applications
• Provide basic troubleshooting and hardware support
• Assist with device deployment and workstation setup
• Ensure equipment is properly labeled and documented
• Support general IT operational tasks as assigned

• Basic knowledge of information technology and computer systems
• Familiarity with computer hardware and peripheral devices
• Experience working with Windows operating systems
