We are seeking a proactive, adaptable IT Support Specialist to play a critical role in delivering exceptional technical experiences while helping protect and strengthen a dynamic hybrid environment.

What You'll Do

Deliver onsite and remote technical support across a wide range of technologies and users

Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving workstations, servers, printers, mobile devices, conferencing systems, and business applications

Maintain and support essential IT infrastructure including operating systems, applications, laptops, desktops, hardware, email systems, and security tools

Administer and support conference room and video collaboration technologies

Partner with external technology and security providers for infrastructure support, maintenance, software releases, upgrades, and patch management

Identify recurring technical issues and improve processes to reduce failures and increase efficiency

Support mission-critical IT initiatives and technology improvements that enhance productivity

Set up and deploy equipment, software, and user environments

Create training materials and educate users on technology best practices

Research and evaluate emerging technologies and tools

Serve as a subject matter expert supporting both Mac and Windows environments

Promote secure and responsible use of AI tools and technologies across the organization

Requirements

5+ years of IT support experience, ideally within fast-paced, high-expectation environments

Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and information security concepts

Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure

Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, DFS, Group Policy, networking technologies, and wireless infrastructure

Ability to diagnose and prioritize technical incidents quickly and effectively

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong analytical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities

Comfortable learning new technologies and adapting to changing environments

Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment with sensitive information

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to offsite locations as needed
Preferred Experience

Prior experience supporting financial services, investment management, family office, or similarly high-touch environments

Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Technology Management, or related field

Security certifications such as CompTIA Security+, ISC2 Certification in Cybersecurity, or similar credentials
