Chief Technology Officer

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology strategy and development of BodyShop Booster CRM. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the technological direction of the company, ensuring that our technology resources align with our business goals. This role requires a strong leader who can drive innovation, manage complex projects, and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization., * Develop and implement the company's technology strategy to support business objectives.

• Lead and mentor the technology team, promoting professional growth and collaboration.
• Oversee project management processes to ensure timely delivery of technology initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement to increase efficiency and effectiveness in operations.
• Collaborate with other departments to align technology initiatives with business development goals.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge., As CTO, you will set and own the product and technology vision for BodyShop Booster. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on building products, growing teams, and pushing boundaries in AI, automation, and SaaS scalability.

You'll work directly with our founders, lead our global development team (with a strong base in Sri Lanka "english speaking"), and shape our roadmap as we continue our expansion into other verticals.

What You'll Do

• Define and execute the technology roadmap with a strong emphasis on AI and automation
• Lead and mentor a distributed team of developers (primarily in Sri Lanka)
• Collaborate with product, design, and executive teams to prioritize initiatives and deliver innovative solutions
• Oversee architectural decisions and ensure scalable, maintainable systems
• Champion clean code, agile practices, and fast iteration
• Recruit and develop engineering talent to support our rapid growth

Do you have experience in Vendor relationship building?, Proven experience in a senior tech leadership role (CTO, VP Engineering, or similar)

• Deep knowledge of AI technologies, machine learning, and API integrations
• Hands-on experience building and scaling SaaS platforms
• Excellent communicator with strong people leadership skills
• Experience leading international or remote teams
• Bonus: experience in Twilio, OpenAI, React, Node.js, or similar modern stacks
• Proven experience in a senior technology leadership role, preferably as a CTO or similar position.
• Strong background in project management with a track record of successful technology implementations.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Experience in business development, particularly in leveraging technology for growth opportunities.
• Excellent negotiation skills with experience in managing vendor relationships.
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies and their application in a technology context.

$125,000.00 - $228,507.83 a year - Full-time
