Job description
We are looking for an experienced IT Service Manager to support a major digital transformation and modernization program focused on migrating a legacy monolithic platform to a modern microservices architecture running on Kubernetes. The role combines service management, team coordination, technical oversight, and continuous improvement within a large-scale enterprise environment., * Coordinate and support IT teams within a large transformation program
- Ensure service quality, operational efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction
- Monitor reporting, KPIs, dashboards, planning, and documentation activities
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational optimization
- Support collaboration across technical and business teams
- Participate in the transition toward API-first and event-driven architectures
- Ensure alignment between IT services and evolving business requirements
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and management stakeholders
Requirements

Strong experience in IT Service Management and team coordination

Expertise in DB2 and data quality principles

Good understanding of:

Microservices architecture

Kubernetes environments

REST APIs and asynchronous communication (queues, event-driven systems)

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Experience with KPI reporting, planning, and operational documentation

Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and cross-team environments

Experience coaching, supporting, or managing IT professionals is highly valued
