Job description
As a ServiceNow HRSD application architect, you will support the transition of an HR service delivery solution from project mode to stable operations. You will help ensure service continuity, knowledge transfer to the internal ServiceNow team, and the ongoing evolution of the existing service catalog. The scope includes services related to:
- Personal data management
- Career
- Working hours and absences
- Well-being & support
- Salary, allowances and expenses
- Mobility-related services
Tasks and responsibilities Main responsibilities
- Stabilise and further evolve HR services
- Support the transition to operational mode
- Provide knowledge transfer to internal stakeholders
- Prepare and maintain documentation
- Deliver support and maintenance
- Handle integrations with other systems
Technical responsibilities
- Advanced configuration of ServiceNow HRSD
- Implementation of HR processes
- Development in JavaScript
- Platform architecture and governance
- Architecture, development and integration within the ServiceNow environment
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT
- Proven expert-level experience with ServiceNow and HRSD
- Experience in a federal public-sector environment is an asset
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to work autonomously
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Strong knowledge-transfer capabilities
- Experience as an expert application architect
Required certifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Certified Implementation Specialist - HRSD
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
