Job description

  • Provide L2 technical support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
  • Manage and troubleshoot end-user computing environments
  • Handle device deployment, imaging, and patch management
  • Support Office 365, VPN, and collaboration tools
  • Ensure endpoint security and compliance
  • Work closely with IT teams for upgrades and deployments

Requirements

Key Skills Required:

  • L2 End User / Desktop Support
  • Microsoft Intune
  • Patch Management
  • Windows & Device Management
  • Troubleshooting hardware/software issues
  • Office 365 & Remote Support Tools
  • Dutch & English communication skills, * 3-6 years of relevant experience
  • Strong experience in Intune and EUC support
  • Dutch language proficiency is mandatory
  • Candidate must have a valid driving license and own a car
