Job description
As a Salesforce Developer, you will be part of the CRM Ecosystem Technical Team of Proximus Global. You will work closely with Product, Tech, business stakeholders, and external partners to support the maintenance and development of the Proximus Global CRM systems. Your role includes translating business and functional requirements into scalable and secure technical designs, delivering clean, high-quality, and reusable solution (code and configuration) in line with Salesforce best practices.
Together with the Senior Salesforce developers, you will be responsible for analysing requirements, designing, building, and enhancing solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and integrations., * Lead and/or contribute to the development of new features/enhancements across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integrated applications (e.g. DocuSign CLM, Marketo, ZoomInfo, .. )
- Provide ongoing support for existing solutions by resolving production incidents, bugs and service requests for end-user assistance
- Manage the CRM release chain, version control and deployment using Git, SFDX, and CI/CD tools
- Contribution to technical documentation and reusable component libraries
- Collaborating with PO, IBA and CRM assistants for technical analysis/business requirements collection/clarification
- Collaborating with QA for unit, integration, and user acceptance testing
Requirements
Do you have experience in Visual Studio?, * Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, Salesforce flows
- Good Knowledge of SOQL/SOSL, HTML/CSS
- Experience with Salesforce CLI and Visual Studio Code
- Experience with Salesforce APIs and integration tools
- Experience with the Salesforce application and Managed Packages
- Experience with both back-end logic and front-end user experience
- Experience writing technical documentation and solution designs
- Experience with GitHub and Jenkins or similar version control systems (nice to have)
- Deep understanding of out-of-the-box Sales Cloud and Service Cloud features
- Staying up-to-date with Salesforce releases, recommending features and optimisations
- Experience with middleware tools, CLM (DocuSign) and Marketing platforms is a plus
- Experience with Salesforce AI technology is a plus
Ideal Profile
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Salesforce Developer
- Background in computer science, software engineering, or related fields
- Experience working in Agile methodologies and tools
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Good problem-solving skills and analytical mindset
- Proficient English knowledge
- Salesforce Platform Developer certification (nice to have)
