Job description
Do you want to not only coordinate mobile, communication and alerting solutions but also actively shape them technically? Then become part of our ICT team and take responsibility for central communication services in an exciting healthcare environment. You will be responsible for the operation and further development of our mobile, communication and alarm management services and actively work on technical solutions. A special focus is on Microsoft Intune as well as modern mobile device management solutions including security and compliance policies. Additionally, you will support and optimise the alarm management systems in the healthcare environment (e.g. Ascom) and assist in their continuous development. Your responsibilities include, among others:
- Engineering and operation of Microsoft Intune and mobile device management solutions
- Operation and further development of alarm management systems (Ascom)
- Support of VoIP, mobile and data communication services
- Analysis and resolution of complex faults in 2nd-/3rd-level support
- Participation in ICT and digitalisation projects Your Profile
Requirements
You have a computer science education or a comparable technical qualification and bring experience in several of the following areas:
