Tasks

• Design and implement AI features like reporting and data extraction.
• Develop production-ready AI solutions to support medical staff.
• Create full-stack solutions from backend to frontend., * Design and implementation of AI features such as automatic report generation, AI agents, data extraction, and semantic search.
• Development of production-ready AI solutions to relieve medical staff.
• Development of full-stack solutions from backend (Node.js) to frontend (React).
• Integration of AI models (LLMs, local and cloud-based).
• Development of internal AI tools to improve our development processes.

• Degree in computer science or related experience required.
• Proficient in TypeScript and React software development.
• Knowledge of LLM frameworks and cloud technologies essential., * Completed education in computer science, medical informatics, or comparable professional experience.
• Experience in software development with our technology stack (TypeScript, React).
• Knowledge of LLM frameworks (vercel AI SDK, langgraph or similar).
• Experience in cloud technologies, DevOps practices such as MLOps/LLMOps, and vector databases.
• Interest in the Swiss healthcare system and its digital transformation.
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form; English or French skills are an advantage.
