Job description
As our Commercial CRM Lead , you are responsible for our local CRM technology landscape and data strategy, leading the implementation and optimization of platforms which are mainly based on Sales Force. You will turn data into actionable intelligence, ensuring seamless integration between sales, marketing, and customer support to drive operational excellence. You will lead and mentor the CRM team, including the CRM Administrator and Data Manager, to ensure they are aligned with the company's objectives., * Developing and implementing local CRM strategies aligned with business goals and sales operations, ensuring effective CRM integration and performance optimization.
- Monitoring CRM metrics and data quality, creating SOPs, and collaboration with stakeholders to enhance system efficiency and user satisfaction.
- Gathering sales requirements, supporting CRM System related enhancements, coordinating testing and releases, preparing sales communication, and managing improvement workflows in JIRA.
- Improvement of sales-related CRM processes, increasing efficiency through workflow enhancements, and streamlining administrative tasks within Sales Operations.
- Management of integration of further/additional target groups of CRM User (Medical Field force, E-Commerce, Wholesaler, Hospital).
- Registration of new features with the works council.
- Developing KPI-based CRM monitoring processes, analyzing system and user performance, providing regular insights and reports, and giving recommendations for data-driven improvements to optimize sales, marketing, and customer interactions.
- Acting as a bridge between global and local requirements, translating business needs into technical solutions, fostering collaboration and ownership, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships to support CRM initiatives and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Sales?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Sales Operations, CRM management, or a related field. Proven track record of managing teams and leading cross-functional projects, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Skills: Strong understanding of CRM systems and data analytics, with experience in monitoring and optimizing system performance. Familiarity with sales processes and methodologies in a commercial environment. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards relevant to the healthcare sector is advantageous.
- Education: Master's degree in business administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant professional training or certification in Sales Operations, CRM systems, or Project Management. Additional training in data analytics or business process optimization is advantageous.
- Languages: Advanced proficiency in German and English languages, demonstrated through both written and verbal communication.
