Job description
The role has deep functional knowledge of endpoint and device management technologies (Intune, SCCM, MDM, Ivanti) and translates security strategy and regulatory requirements into standardized, scalable security services. The Product Owner works closely with IAM, Infrastructure, and SOC teams to ensure secure integration of credentials, certificates, and privileged access.
This role sits at the intersection of security, endpoint engineering, and enterprise architecture, with direct ownership over how clients and servers are secured, managed, and monitored at scale. You will influence platform standards used globally, drive Zero Trust adoption, and materially reduce cyber risk across the organization.
Creating passion: your responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role are:
- Own and maintain the Client & Server Security product vision and roadmap.
- Act as Product Owner for endpoint and server management platforms, including Intune, SCCM, MDM, and related tooling.
- Define and govern secure configuration and hardening standards for clients and servers.
- Own EDR strategy and lifecycle, including platform onboarding, coverage, and maturity.
- Establish and oversee patch, vulnerability, and configuration compliance governance.
- Drive alignment between endpoint management, IAM, infrastructure, and SOC teams.
- Own vendor and technology evaluations related to endpoint and server security tooling (e.g., Ivanti).
- Support audits, risk assessments, and security reviews related to endpoints and servers.
- Provide product-level reporting and KPIs to CIS leadership and steering forums.
Your main immediate contributions will be:
- Defined and delivered a Client & Server Security product roadmap aligned with CIS objectives and regulatory drivers (NIS2, ISO 27001, CIS benchmarks).
- Standardized secure endpoint and server baselines deployed via Intune, SCCM, and MDM tooling.
- Established mature endpoint lifecycle governance (build, hardening, patching, monitoring).
- Achieved consistent EDR coverage and operational integration with SOC.
- Ensured strong integration with IAM services (device identity, credentials, certificates, PAM dependencies).
Requirements
Do you have experience in SoC?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in IT, Cyber Security, or equivalent experience
- English is a must, German and French are a plus.
- Proven Product Owner experience in endpoint, workplace, or infrastructure security domains.
- Deep hands-on knowledge of Intune, SCCM, and MDM platforms in enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of endpoint and server security: hardening, EDR, patching, vulnerability management.
- Ability to translate security, compliance, and risk requirements into scalable technical services.
- Strong stakeholder management across Security, IT Operations, and Architecture teams., * Experience with Ivanti (endpoint management, patching, or automation).
- Prior collaboration with IAM, PAM, and PKI / certificate services.
- Experience operating in regulated environments (ISO 27001, NIS2, CIS benchmarks).
- Exposure to global, multi platform estates (Windows, Linux).
- Cybersecurity certifications: CISSP, CISM, or comparable alternatives.
