  • Policy Application: Apply company policies and procedures to resolve routine technical issues.
  • Operational Assistance: You will provide first-line IT & AV support and troubleshooting for routine infrastructure issues, applying standard runbooks and escalation paths to quickly restore service, while documenting symptoms, actions taken, and outcomes with our IT ticketing systems..
  • Learning Automation: Work under supervision to understand and execute existing scripts to increase operational efficiency.

Requirements

Your Experience

  • Professional Foundation: Professional degree (BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent) with 2-3 years, or 5-10 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Conceptual Knowledge: Fundamental understanding of Microsoft Technologies, MscOS, basic networking, and virtualization concepts.
  • Hands-on Admin Experience: Recent hands-on technical support experience with Windows 11, MacOS, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Active Directory, system imaging, VPN, network connectivity including 802.11x, PC and Apple hardware, and mobile devices.
  • Hands-on Event/AV Support Experience: Recent experience with video conference room device maintenance such as Zoom and onsite/remote hybrid event support.
  • Aptitude for Learning: A strong desire to learn Windows/Intune, MacOS/Jamf, VMWare ESX, Cloud environments (AWS/Azure), Video Conferencing systems, and automation tools.
  • AI Curiosity: Interest in using AI tools responsibly to accelerate learning, speed up troubleshooting, and generate playbooks.
  • Soft Skills: Passion, drive, energy, and a great attitude! You should be comfortable following established practices as you develop your professional skill set.
  • Language Skills: Business level Spanish and English both in written and verbal
