Salesforce Developer / Salesforce Architect

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer / Salesforce Architect to design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions for pharmaceutical business operations. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to optimize CRM processes while ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical regulations., * Design and develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Components, and Visualforce.

• Architect scalable Salesforce ecosystems and integrations.
• Implement Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud solutions.
• Integrate Salesforce with ERP, SAP, and third-party systems.
• Ensure data security, compliance, and governance standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Lead technical design reviews and solution architecture discussions.
• Support deployment, testing, and production releases.

Do you have experience in Salesforce?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

• 4+ years of Salesforce development/architecture experience.
• Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, APIs, and Salesforce integrations.
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer, Application Architect, or System Architect preferred.
• Pharmaceutical or life sciences industry experience is mandatory.
• Understanding of compliance standards including GxP and GDPR.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Fluent English required; German language skills preferred.
