Job description
- Lead current-state assessments, discovery workshops and target-state architecture design
- Translate business, security and compliance requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Define landing zones, governance models and connectivity patterns for Microsoft Azure
- Architect hybrid cloud integrations with on-premises infrastructure and identity frameworks
- Design VMware-based private cloud solutions across compute, storage, network and DR
- Develop modernization strategies for Azure, AVS, VMware, Hyper-V and Nutanix platforms
- Produce high-level and low-level designs, architecture decision records and migration plans
- Provide architectural oversight throughout deployment, migration and stabilization phases
- Act as an escalation point for platform design challenges during transformation programs
- Support pre-sales engagements with architecture input, proposals and client presentations
Requirements
Do you have experience in vSphere?, * 10+ years of experience in cloud, infrastructure or systems architecture within enterprise environments
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure, including landing zones, governance and security patterns
- Solid experience with hybrid cloud integrations and identity solutions
- Hands-on fluency in VMware stack (vSphere, vCenter, ESXi, NSX, vSAN, HCX, SRM, Aria/vRealize)
- Knowledge of SDDC, hyperconverged platforms (Hyper-V, Nutanix AHV) and infrastructure modernization
- Familiarity with automation tools and IaC (Terraform, Bicep, PowerShell or Ansible)
- Proven experience designing resilient architectures for regulated, mission-critical environments
- Consulting experience with enterprise clients in sectors such as financial services, public sector or healthcare
- Relevant industry certifications for cloud and virtualization platforms
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to travel as required for client engagements

- Experience with Azure VMware Solution (AVS)
- Exposure to regulated-hosting and compliance-driven architectures
- Previous involvement in pre-sales and RFP/RFI solution design activities
