Job description
The Pricing Business Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the commercial organization by providing the data-driven insights necessary to embed pricing as a core capability. The mission of this role is to:
- Support the business (operations and business units) by analyzing key data and providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Drive data excellence by acting as the functional expert for data acquisition, cleaning, and visualization across the analytics value chain., A. Pricing Performance Measurement & Insights
- Monitor price performance and produce dashboards to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Standardize measurements across regions to ensure consistent price performance tracking..
B. Sales Enablement & Technical Support
- Equip sales teams with data-driven negotiation support and insights to help defend price and protect value.
- Act as the "go-to" person regarding ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) and Business Intelligence related matters.
C. Pricing Transformation & Tools.
- Develop Tableau or Power BI dashboards based on state-of-the-art UX
- Pilot new technologies and work with data scientists to embed predictive insights into business dashboards.
D. Governance, Process & Data Excellence

Manage the Analytics Value Chain, covering data identification, cleaning, database management, and metadata improvement.

Develop ETL procedures to integrate data from multiple sources while ensuring strict data quality assurance.

Improve data quality within global systems by triggering improvement processes or deploying new data objects as relevant.

Improved price realization and optimization impact resulting from Action Plans.

Requirements
Do you have experience in Tableau?, Do you have a Master's degree?, Education: Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or Engineering. Experience: 3-7 years of hands-on experience in pricing, commercial excellence, or business intelligence. Technical Skills: Expert level: Advanced Excel and SQL (query optimization). o BI Tools: Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik View. o Systems: Experience with ERP/CPQ systems and data tools like Alteryx, Informatica, or AWS (Redshift/S3). Behavioral: Strong stakeholder management, resilience, and the ability to work independently in a changing environment.
