Job description
In this role, you will provide first-line (and basic second-line) technical support to end users and assist with the setup, configuration, and shipping of IT equipment., * Provide 1st line technical support to end users (hardware, software, and basic network issues)
- Support users both on site and remotely
- Proactively identify recurring issues and suggest improvements
- Assist with 2nd line support on basic technical matters
- Install, configure, and prepare laptops, PCs, printers, scanners and other peripherals.
- Perform basic network troubleshooting (IP configuration, DNS, DHCP)
- Prepare, package, and ship IT equipment
- Register, track, and follow up support tickets
Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows?, This position is ideal for someone with a broad interest in IT, basic networking knowledge, and a strong service-oriented mindset., * Approximately 1 year of experience in IT support or a similar role
- Good knowledge of Windows operating systems
- Experience with installing and maintaining printers and scanners
- Basic networking knowledge: IP addressing, DNS and DHCP
- Experience with laptop and desktop configuration
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills and a people-oriented mindset
Language skills:
Dutch and English: good reading, writing, and speaking skills
Able to communicate clearly and professionally with end users in both languages
