Job description
You'll step into a broad and versatile role where you get to shape our complete IT environment. Your main focus will be on:
- Hardware management with impact: You manage the procurement, registration, issuance, and return of all our devices. A minor glitch? You fix it yourself. Major repair? You send it out.
- The ultimate workspace: You believe in plug-and-play. New colleagues step into a workspace that's truly ready for action: chair, monitors, mounts, and rock-solid network connections are all set to go.
- A flawless network: No lagging Meet calls under your watch. You keep the Wi-Fi, cabling, and internet connection lightning-fast, and ensure all network equipment is fully updated.
- Smart application management: You manage our daily tools like Google Drive and Slack, optimizing them wherever necessary.
- Onboarding & offboarding: You effortlessly handle licenses, accounts, and hardware for incoming and outgoing colleagues.
- Security first: You guard our digital front door, ensuring our systems and data are watertight and secure.

Requirements
Do you have experience in Slack?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, You are a proactive senior who doesn't wait around for things to break, but structurally builds a stable IT environment instead. This is what you bring to the table:
- A healthy dose of experience in a similar senior IT role.
- You dream in networks, hardware, cloud tools (Google Workspace / Slack), and security.
- You have strong communication skills and switch effortlessly between hands-on support on the floor and the bigger IT picture.
- You speak and write fluently in both Dutch and English.
- You are available for 32 hours per week. Hybrid working is an option, but due to the nature of the role, your presence in the office is important.
