Job description

As Regional Ecommerce Specialist for the North (Benelux & Nordics), you will support the day-to-day execution and optimisation of the customer journey across Stokke.com and key marketplaces (including Amazon, where applicable).

This is a hands-on role focused on delivering improvements, implementing campaigns, and ensuring a consistent and high-performing online experience across multiple Northern European markets.

You will work closely with regional stakeholders and global teams to execute trading plans, optimise performance, and continuously improve how families across the North region discover and purchase our products online.

Based in Amsterdam | Benelux & Nordics | Reporting to Regional/Country Leadership

Agility, Speed & Execution

This is a fast-moving, hands-on role where ownership and operational excellence are key. You will support multiple markets, requiring strong organisation, adaptability, and a proactive mindset., E-Commerce Execution & Trading

  • Execute day-to-day trading activities across Stokke.com for Benelux and Nordics markets
  • Support product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns across the region
  • Upload, update, and optimise product listings and content
  • Ensure all site content is accurate, localised where needed, and aligned with brand guidelines

Site Operations & Performance

  • Monitor performance across markets and identify opportunities to improve conversion
  • Implement on-site updates including merchandising, content, and UX improvements
  • Support A/B testing and CRO initiatives, including set-up and analysis
  • Collaborate with global teams on SEO, paid media, and landing page improvements

Marketplace Execution (incl. Amazon where relevant)

  • Support optimisation of product pages (content, imagery, keywords, A+ content)
  • Assist in executing promotional activity and improving product visibility
  • Monitor performance and highlight improvement opportunities

Data & Insights

  • Track key KPIs (traffic, conversion, revenue) across the region
  • Identify trends, issues, and opportunities using data
  • Provide regular, actionable insights to stakeholders

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with global marketing, content, and Ecommerce teams
  • Coordinate with regional stakeholders across Benelux and Nordics
  • Ensure alignment between commercial and marketing activities across markets

Requirements

You are hands-on, organised, and comfortable managing multiple markets and priorities simultaneously.

You communicate clearly, work effectively across teams, and take initiative to improve processes and performance.

You have a solid foundation in eCommerce and are motivated to continue developing in a regional, multi-market context.

Experience & Skills

  • 2-4 years' experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or similar hands-on roles
  • Experience working with eCommerce platforms (DTC preferred)
  • Familiarity with Amazon Seller/Vendor Central is a plus
  • Understanding of CRO, SEO, and digital marketing fundamentals
  • Comfortable using analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Fluent in English; additional Nordic or Benelux languages are a plus
  • Experience working across multiple markets is advantageous
