Digital Solutions Design and Adoption Manager

We are looking for a Digital Solutions / AI Adoption Manager to help teams adopt modern technologies like Microsoft 365, Copilot, AI tools, and automation platforms., * Drive adoption of AI and digital workplace tools across teams

• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and enablement programs
• Improve workflows using Power Platform, AI Agents, Power Automate, and Power BI
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and improve processes
• Support rollout of new tools, features, and digital initiatives
• Track adoption metrics and identify improvement opportunities

Do you have experience in UX?, * 5+ years of experience in technology adoption, digital transformation, product enablement, or change management

• Experience with Microsoft 365, Copilot, ChatGPT, or other AI tools
• Understanding of Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Automate, etc.)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Passion for AI, automation, and improving user experience
• Experience in professional services or corporate environments is a plus, * How many years of experience do you have working with Microsoft 365, Copilot, Power Platform, or other digital workplace technologies?
• How many years of experience do you have leading technology adoption, digital transformation, or change management initiatives across teams or organizations?
• How many years of experience do you have building or managing automation/workflow solutions using tools like Power Automate, Power BI, or low-code/no-code platforms?
