The role is responsible for:
As a Functional Analyst, you will act as a key support link during our global system roll-out. Your duties will evolve into four core areas:
User Support & Knowledge Sharing: Provide day-to-day help to scientists and engineers using the new system, triage their questions, and build user-friendly guides, FAQs, and self-service materials.
Requirements & Continuous Improvement: Participate in discovery workshops to capture what our R&D teams need, translate those needs into clear technical requirements, and suggest smart ways to improve the system based on user feedback.
System Testing: Create test scripts, prepare data sets, and test the system yourself to catch glitches, logging any bugs before the system goes live globally.
Training & Deployment: Assist senior team members in creating and delivering training materials, demos, and hands-on "hypercare" support during critical go-live periods.
Requirements
We are looking for an enthusiastic Graduate or Early-Career Analyst with a background in food science or related disciplines to bridge the gap between our R&D experts and our digital technology teams., Degree: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, Biology, Nutrition, or a related scientific discipline., Experience: Open to recent graduates or those with 1-2 years of experience in R&D, Quality, Supply, laboratory, technical data, or business support roles., Tech-Curious: A strong interest in digital systems and data. Prior experience with R&D or PLM systems is a bonus but completely optional. (Familiarity with using AI chat services to support your learning is a plus!)
