We are looking for a Senior Product Design Lead m f d who will own our end to end design vision and elevate how users interact with our systems. You are not just designing screens you are shaping product experiences that connect enterprise clients with reliable telecom infrastructure. You will lead design direction across multiple product teams and ensure consistency clarity and usability across all digital touchpoints.

End to End Product Design Lead the full design lifecycle from discovery and user flows through to prototyping validation and developer handoff.

Leadership and Mentorship Guide and support junior and mid level designers through coaching structured feedback and design critique sessions.

User Centric Research Conduct and apply user research usability testing and data driven insights to guide product decisions.

Cross Functional Collaboration Work closely with engineering product and business teams to translate complex telecom requirements into clear user experiences.

Stakeholder Communication Present design strategies and decisions to internal leaders and clients with clarity and confidence backed by reasoning and user insight.

What We Are Looking For

Do you have experience in Vue.js?, Minimum six years in product design UX UI with at least two years in a senior or lead role.

Portfolio A strong portfolio demonstrating real product thinking including problem definition process exploration and final solutions.

Tool Expertise Advanced experience with Figma including design systems auto layout components and interactive prototyping.

Communication Skills Strong English communication skills for cross functional collaboration and documentation. German is a plus but not required.

Mindset You are structured pragmatic and user focused. You balance design quality with business and technical constraints and know how to deliver impact in fast moving environments.
