I'm currently supporting a client that is looking to hire a Power Platform Support Engineer for an initial 3 month remote working contract engagement. This role will sit within a Business Applications team, supporting a range of customers with day-to-day Power Platform application support and issue resolution.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:Strong experience supporting Microsoft Power Platform applications within D365 CRM Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skillsExperience working within an application support/helpdesk environmentStrong customer-facing communication skillsAbility to prioritise and manage multiple tickets/tasks in real-timeA proactive and service-oriented mindset The successful candidate will be responsible for:Managing and resolving support tickets within agreed SLAsResponding to client queries via email and callsDiagnosing and troubleshooting Power Platform application issuesSupporting onboarding activities for new customersBuilding strong customer relationships through regular service review callsWorking closely with the Team Lead and wider technical teamContributing to KPI reporting and continuous service improvement
