Job description
Join our dynamic team supporting BCAS Biomed's multi-vendor healthcare services. This office-based role is central to ensuring high-quality customer support and efficient contract management., * Coordinate engineering resources for planned and reactive tasks
- Act as first-line support for customers and engineers
- Maintain and update the HEMS database with all service activities
- Liaise with managers, suppliers, and couriers to uphold service standards
- Support managers with streamlined work systems
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 quality standards
- Contribute to business growth and enhance company profile
Requirements
Do you have experience in Sage?, * Ideally 2+ years' experience (training provided)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Confident using MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and document/database systems. Sage experience preferable
- Must be a team player
- Professional telephone manner and customer service focus
