Job description

Join our dynamic team supporting BCAS Biomed's multi-vendor healthcare services. This office-based role is central to ensuring high-quality customer support and efficient contract management., * Coordinate engineering resources for planned and reactive tasks

  • Act as first-line support for customers and engineers
  • Maintain and update the HEMS database with all service activities
  • Liaise with managers, suppliers, and couriers to uphold service standards
  • Support managers with streamlined work systems
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 quality standards
  • Contribute to business growth and enhance company profile

Requirements

Do you have experience in Sage?, * Ideally 2+ years' experience (training provided)

  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Confident using MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and document/database systems. Sage experience preferable
  • Must be a team player
  • Professional telephone manner and customer service focus
