Do you have a valid Driving License license?, Do you have experience in Time management?, We're seeking an experienced, organised professional who is ready to join an industry leader in a booming market as our new Construction Documentation Specialist.
We are in need of a competent individual, with a preferable knowledge in construction, but are willing to train an eager and motivated individual.
Construction Experience is desirable.
An interest in construction and/or data capture technology.
What You Can Do:

Organise and understand how to read construction floor plans

Navigate a construction site safely while taking steady, high-quality photos/data capture
-- Consistently adhere to standard operating policies and procedures

Perform regular quality assurance checks as part of daily workflow

Proactively communicate with construction project personnel

Maintain a professional appearance on site at all times as a representative of Multivista

Confidently use various computer formats to manage data (e.g., tablets, desktops, laptops, smartphones, etc.)

Have a full clean driving licence
Who You Are:

You currently reside within Leeds or close surrounding area.

Applicants ideally will some construction related experience.
-Have an interest in data capture technologies/construction technologies
-Will to travel across the North of England and beyond
-Available for evening and weekend work
-You can read and discern construction drawings and documents

You can autonomously manage a schedule, are detailed oriented, and have exceptional organisational and time-management skills

You are a self-motivated and dependable team player

You have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation (essential).

You can confidently operate a computer, tablet, and smart phone to setup and manage projects, have a working knowledge of Microsoft office, and the ability to learn new software platforms quickly

You understand that construction site visits will make up the largest part of your day. Facing outside weather elements or conditions expected on a construction site, like dust and noise, are common and should be anticipated

Complying with all jobsite safety regulations, including wearing (provided) personal protective equipment, is required.
