System Analyst

We're looking for a motivated and capable Systems Analyst to support and enhance a number of systems across the business. This is a hands-on role where you'll drive system improvements, ensure platform stability, and help future-proof our technology landscape.

Working closely with internal IT Business Services, Support, and Infrastructure teams, you'll act as a key link between technology and business operations-delivering solutions that add real value.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support, maintain, and develop business-critical systems across the business
• Lead and contribute to system upgrades, enhancements, and improvement initiatives
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
• Collaborate with software vendors and third-party partners
• Conduct system testing and support successful implementation of new features
• Drive continuous improvement aligned with business strategy
• Develop and support low-code applications (K2 / PowerApps or similar)
• Create and maintain documentation, procedures, and recovery processes
• Provide technical support to end users and ensure systems deliver long-term value
• Participate in an on-call rota (1 week in 4)

Do you have experience in Systems engineering?, * Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage changing priorities

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
• Solid technical understanding with strong documentation skills
• A methodical, logical approach to problem solving
• Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
