Job description
We're looking for a motivated and capable Systems Analyst to support and enhance a number of systems across the business. This is a hands-on role where you'll drive system improvements, ensure platform stability, and help future-proof our technology landscape.
Working closely with internal IT Business Services, Support, and Infrastructure teams, you'll act as a key link between technology and business operations-delivering solutions that add real value.
What You'll Be Doing
- Support, maintain, and develop business-critical systems across the business
- Lead and contribute to system upgrades, enhancements, and improvement initiatives
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
- Collaborate with software vendors and third-party partners
- Conduct system testing and support successful implementation of new features
- Drive continuous improvement aligned with business strategy
- Develop and support low-code applications (K2 / PowerApps or similar)
- Create and maintain documentation, procedures, and recovery processes
- Provide technical support to end users and ensure systems deliver long-term value
- Participate in an on-call rota (1 week in 4)
Requirements
Do you have experience in Systems engineering?, * Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage changing priorities
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Solid technical understanding with strong documentation skills
- A methodical, logical approach to problem solving
- Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Strong customer service mindset
